It is important to know that this place doesn't take medical insurance and it will be costly to most. I believe its also important for their staff to explain that over the phone while they are entering potential appointments. I wouldn't have taken off of work and came in if I knew they only accepted dental insurance and not medical.

I recommend it, it is a very clean place, they receive you very friendly, they make social distancing valid, the staff is bilingual, they are prepared and very professional people, the Doctor LANCE A. GUEYER is very friendly respectful pleasant and explains the process that he has to carry out, they made me 3 extractions of teeth from the trial was very fast in 20 minutes I was ready, I'm in recovery everything is fine I'm grateful

I went in for a consultation to get my wisdom teeth pulled and I was asked for my insurance information. I gave the front desk my information and let them know I had dental insurance for federal employees and that you have to go under the federal employee program in order to find my insurance. I even gathered the information from my insurance company to give them, in order to make it easier for them to charge my insurance. The receptionist at the desk printed out an old coverage of insurance that I had and slammed the paper on the desk in front of me insisting that I didn't have any coverage. I tried to explain to her how that was an old policy and she would need to look me up a different way, using my SS# and not my birthday. She insisted I didn't know what I was talking about and started cutting me off while I was trying to explain things to her. If they didn't already take my x-rays, I would've walked out of there. I really feel like she treated me that way because I am Black. Everyone else after me received great customer service, there was even another federal employee that came in after me, who also began explaining what type of federal insurance she had, and the receptionist, told her to have a seat, she will take care of everything and that there was no need to explain. After that she finally found out that she didn't have access to the federal program that would allow her to pull up my dental insurance. The oral surgeon I had my consultation with was great, he explained the procedure, the recovery process, the medications and everything I needed to know to put my mind at ease and to make sure I had all the information I needed. He is the reason I will still get my wisdom teeth pulled from this location. But I do not recommend this facility to anyone because I am tired of being treated unfairly because of the color of my skin.

AVOID this place if possible, even with a referral. I have always had my X-Rays transferred with a referral. They took X-Rays again knowing that insurances only pays for X-Rays once. And the person that left the last review is right, they treat black customers differently and the people there is not friendly at all. My insurance office agreed with me that they should not have taken X-Rays but that didn’t stop them from charging me. I will make sure my dentist office know to never send any of my family members there for anything.
