I wish I had to the option to not give it any stars. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered pants for my son to help support his sport. The pants hardly went past his knees. He is in 7th grade and I bought a \L\ When I called in the girl on the phone said it would be no problem for me to bring the pants in and exchange them for longer pants that said EAGLES down the leg opposed to what was given to me. It was fine. When I went in the owner or whoever was there without a heart said I was told wrong and sent me on my way. NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE! He actually suggested I buy a new pair. i told him no, I already did.

I would highly recommend Eichs for anyone looking to have custom shirts created. They delivered excellent communication throughout the whole process. The design was exactly what I had requested. I wanted a single back design for 12 shirts and I even requested each shirt to have a custom name on the front. The shirts were created in a very timely manner, and the total price was far better than anywhere else I had looked previously. Eichs was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone who may be looking to have shirts created!
