Asked our son to go pick up firewood that we ordered and he went to the wrong location. About 20 minutes before they closed, we realized his mistake. My husband called the right location and they stayed late so we could pick it up and enjoy a fire before the snow storm! This is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The guy gave us his card, his name is ELI! My original post was a bad review. I posted it before I got to speak with anyone about what i ordered. Rick came out and totally understood my issue and agreed that it was bad batch. He was willing to work with me to correct and resolve the issue. Will update with photos when work is complete. But I am very happy that this company was willing to help me out, most companies wouldn't do what Green T is. The fact that they are willing to fix and help with the problem is amazing. I will be going to Green T for more of my projects. Original I ordered 4 yards of topsoil. Great price and service was on time. The soil i received looks nothing like they said though. It's extremely clumpy and almost clay like. Not even black soil. Nothing like what was advertised. Not sure if this was just a bad batch or what. It absolutely won't work for my yard or garden.
