We recently purchased our new construction home with D R Horton and dealt with Meredith, she was absolutely amazing through our entire process. She was very informative about everything. She was willing to go above and beyond for our needs. Making a purchase such as a home you want to feel confident in the person you are dealing with and she was awesome the entire time. Even now since we’ve moved in she is still there to help if we need it. It wasn’t about the sale for her, she genuinely cares and wants you to be happy. We have dealt with construction since we moved in as well and Dominic is very easy to deal with. He is very pleasant and very involved with the process of making sure whatever we need done is handled promptly and professionally. Overall we are very pleased with all aspects of our home with the exception of their mortgage division that was not a pleasant experience I would not recommend using them, the money you save on closing costs does not outweigh the headache you have to deal with during the finance process. I highly recommend everything else from Meredith in the model home taking you to see the homes to Dominic and his crew in construction.

We have been at our new home a little over a month now. As first time home buyers, we were inexperienced and not very knowledgeable, the team here at Springbank made it very easy and fluid. We were moving cross country so there were lots of things we needed them to be accommodating for and they did not disappoint. The inspections, closing, and any additional information we needed was provided on time. They were always responsive and willing to assist. Overall this has been a great first home purchase experience!! Thank you to the D.R. team for making it easy!
The sales and real estate agent (Eideh and Sue) were super and always friendly. They responded right away to any questions I had about buying my new home in Springbank community. They were a breath of fresh air in the whole process, even helping with questions and concerns about selling my home in Oak Park. They even offered community info to help get my mom acclimated here with her senior services. Moving in April with the pandemic just getting started and everyone on stay at home orders at the time was pretty unnerving but hats off to Eideh and Sue for removing a lot of the stress and making my home buying a smooth process.
Our experience has been great with D.R. Horton. We purchased a home in the community and couldn't be happier. Merideth with the sales team was very knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike most sales teams, they care about more than making a sale, but they care about the people and providing great customer service based upon the needs of the individual homebuyer. The community is great and everyone is friendly and welcoming.
Our home purchase was a wonderful experience. Start to finish just a great experience. Eideh our sales person was amazing from start to finish.
