Vince is fantastic! Professional, on-time, friendly and fastidious in his cleaning and sanitizing practices! I discovered Stop & Go early in the pandemic. I needed airport transportation and was looking to support a local business. Everything was clean, sanitized and safe. Vince was great. I'm now a 3-time customer and will continue to patronize Stop & Go whenever I travel!

I was originally very happy and hopeful when I found them online and saw they were 24 hours. I had an international flight at 6am and a lot of people who have flown international or use airplanes domestically like to get there early and know it's safest to be at the airport 2-3 hours in advance. I called them to confirm card information and he informed me that they wouldn't pick me up at 2:30-3 because it was too early. I live 45 minutes away from the airport and while I can understand how it may be a modest inconvenience but was confused as they advertise as a 24 hour service. He told me they would pick me up around 3:30 and I was a little alarmed because I was paying them to take them at the time I reserved, and paying extra since it was at an early time. I called again a day or two later in hopes of confirming the time that I had reserved, and was told that this was what they did for a living and they knew what they were doing, and criticized me because I would just end up walking around the airport for 2-3 hours. I was very upset and tried to be as polite as possible and hope I didn't come across as rude. I just didn't understand the point of making a reservation for a time I'm comfortable with that I wanted to leave at only to be told that they refused to take me at that time but I would still have to pay. I cancelled my reservation and plan on booking elsewhere... Maybe my nerves of flying internationally are getting the best of me a little but I don't know if I was being unreasonable since I'm paying them to take me at the time that I want/ need to leave? If anyone thinks I'm being a little irrational please feel free to say so, but I was a bit disappointed and likely won't reserve here again. I'm glad so many other people have had good experiences through this company though
Vince is wonderful, friendly, professional and always on time. If you are looking for reliable transportation, Vince and his company is A. He has alot of nice cars. Even when my flight was cancelled and I forgot to notify Vince of the change, he was already on it and called me instead. Call Vince guys...u won't be sorry.
I just used Stop and Go this past Friday and he was punctual, friendly and professional. I asked what time did he suggest for pick up and he gave his recommendation. I have read a lot of reviews about Vince and the vast majority were pleased like myself. In regards to the young lady who had an issue with the pick up time I think you were just nervous so that made the situation worse than it was. Vince has been in this business for several years and he has provided great service every time I have used him. I have family, friends, local business men and clergy who have all been extremely satisfied with the service provided by Stop and Go Shuttle.
Excellent reliable service. Punctual, honest , reasonable. Fast, yet safe. NICE FOLKS TOO. Would never go elsewhere. Vince and Rose are awesome.!
