Emailed them in the morning, had firewood just after lunch....the same day. The firewood was dropped off exactly where I needed it, making for quick and easy stacking on my part. Would recommend to anyone just based on this one experience.
I called Vicky around 1 PM, and the firewood was delivered around 2:30 PM the same day. I appreciate the quick turnaround and good mixture of premium firewood at a competitive price.
Awesome experience. Got rock delivered quick and efficient. Quoted 700 from another landscape company and western delivered for 297. Driver listened to directions perfectly. I live in a gated community that google maps will steer you off course and driver communication was 100%. Would recommend.
First time entering this place and I was abhored on how my hubbby was recieved by the owner's wife! She requested the mask in such a demeaning and ignorant way. Of course, we understand we needed it. We had changed cars to go pick up rock and completely forgot it. To my horrid surprise, as we were leaving, the son came up to my hubby and started ignorantly ranting that no one could talk to his mom, blah blah blah. I was in total shock because nothing was said to her and simply walked out of the place. The older man attended us and had no problems with us. I came out to see why the heated words were directed at my hubby. I honestly felt like the son was going to fight with my hubby. We respect all people. I felt threatened by the son and I have a heart condition. Awful experience!!!
