I usually don't leave reviews but I felt that I just had to. If I could leave 0 stars I would've, I called Zeigler antenna out because I would lose the picture on my TV, but only when it was a really windy day! So the day they came out it wasn't windy and the man said it was just a splitter in the attic or maybe it needed an amplifier, but I didn't want the amplifier because I would've lost my light in the attic, so he changed the splitter, and then very next windy day i had problems again! When I called and talked with Monique she said that Dave suggested installing a new antenna in the attic! Needless to say it wasn't the problem! I had another company out and fix the problem. It was a connector on the the actual antenna! And if the guy would have went on the roof and checked the antenna he would've seen the problem!! I would never recommend this company! They didn't fix it correctly the first time and then wanted to charge again to come out and just try putting a new antenna up when there is nothing wrong with my old antenna!!

So, we decided to cut the cord with cable. We selected Ziegler to install an antenna. We had them install a wall mount tv in our bedroom while here. The antenna was mounted in the attic. All new cable was ran. I am blown away by the picture quality and number of channels. 42 of which We watch. Way better than cable in every way. Over the air HD is unbelievable. Service with a smile. Monique took us every step of the way. No decisions to make. All-in for our work was 640 NO MORE MONTHLY BILL ! By the way I was hesitant to install in the attic. As explained if we mounted outside and had trouble during snowfall it cannot be serviced. Seriously- call Monique today and cut the cord, what a well kept secret I wish we had known 10 years ago.

We are in Aurora and have an attic antenna installed four years ago by a different company. We called Ziegler Installations because we wanted to improve our reception and connect two more TVs, for a total of four. From the initial phone conversation with Monique, I knew we made the right choice. She quickly understood our needs, quoted a fair price and scheduled a technician to visit our home that same week. Our technician, Dave was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. This visit took place during the Covid pandemic and Dave wore a mask whenever he was inside our home. He braved the extremely high temperatures of our attic and fine tuned the adjustment of our antenna. He could have tried to sell us a different antenna, but told us that what we have is a very good unit and there was no need to spend money on a new one. He quickly and skillfully connected the two additional TVs and gave us several tips and suggestions on their operation. We are extremely happy with the service we received from Ziegler Installations and highly recommend them to solve all your over the air problems.

They did a great job installing our antenna and mounting our 65inch TV!! They stayed late on a Friday night and made sure everything worked to our satisfaction before they left! I would definitely recommend them for an antenna install and for a TV mounting!!

I was tired of fidgeting around with indoor antennas. On any given day, I was lucky to get reception from a handful of TV stations...and getting cable tv is NOT an option! Ziegler hooked me up! Dave, the technician is a pro! Thanks guys!
