Being from the Philadelphia area, I needed a recommendation for a kosher market that could provide food for Shabbos on the weekend of my son's wedding. Kosher Thyme was top on the list of the recommendations that I received and I was not disappointed! Adam was so easy to work with, helpful and very reliable. I will not hesitate to call him again if the need arises again. The food was delicious, quantities were generous and the prices were very fair. Thank you Adam!!
Unfortunately, I will not be coming back. I wanted to like this store and give the benefit of the doubt., but multiple times the man behind the counter gave me very bad directions and guidance. He was either trying to sell me the most expensive product or did not care- giving curt, completely incorrect answers to a simple question on multiple occasions. Customer service needs to be greatly improved.
Great place! Went there on Chol hamoed got there after he was closed already, the owner opened special the store for us! Great place!
I didnt care much for it. Didnt have what I was looking for and most of the grains were out of date, so I didnt look any further. I talked to the sales person maybe he was the owner a out it but he didn't care and said this is the job of the supplier to take outdated stuff and replace them!!
