Mike the service representative went above and beyond to deliver great service- he explains everything very clearly, very knowledgeable and was very patient. Superb customer service and a great example to others. When I changed the order he found a way to come back the next day which was not easy. It was really painless purchasing a AC system. He is a real asset to TMS, LLC and he would be a real asset to any employer. Very down to earth and in no way pushy and an excellent listener . Extremely conscientious and truly cares about the customer and their needs. Just top notch.

I discovered a valve leaking water onto my boiler at 1pm on a Sunday. I called and the answering service answered my call right away. They took my information, and since I have a service plan, within an hour and a half, I had gotten call back from the tech, scheduled him to come take a look, and had him start working on replacing the leaking valve. The tech was friendly and seemed knowledgeable (although, I do wish he had kept his mask from slipping down off his nose). I only took a star off because, even with my 15% service plan discount, it was very expensive to replace a tiny valve.
