So far so good, Alana (hope you are feeling better) was super pleasant on the phone and set up an appointment with Rick for Friday at 9. Rick showed up and we discussed my needs for heat/hot water. The ball is rolling. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a good experience with Tower Energy

On Christmas Evening, moments after the last guest left, my furnance blew in spectacular fashion. Smoke, water and fire consumed maintainance room. By the end of night family was in a hotel. The following morning Tower Energy had contacted me several times, by 11AM the day after Christmas, there was a technician at my home. They understood the stress my family was in and provided a quote in 45 minutes. The following morning 12/27/2019 a fleet of trucks were in my driveway. The entire maintenance room was gutted and cleaned by them. They designed and installed a new heating and hot water system, going far above my expectations. The team worked tireless for nearly 12 hours and had system up and running that night. My family and I are grateful to Tower Energy for getting us back in our home so soon, without charging us a premium under the circumstances. Thank You, The McGraw Family.
Aiello came to my home to do an annual furnace cleaning and told my wife the furnace needs 3,000 worth of work (8 year old furnace). I called and told them to leave my house. I called Tower Energy and they serviced it for 200 it runs like new.
This place has horrible service! They are rude and don’t care if you are having problems and need service. They just want to charge you for every single thing they can. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!! The owner doesn’t even care about your needs or concerns. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I have. Please choose someone else.
I called Tower Energy 3 separate times over a 10 day period requesting a quote for a propane tank rental and delivery for my fireplace on my new home. My information was taken during the first two calls with the promise to get back to me by the end of the day but I never received anything. My third call I explained the situation and was told that they had been busy and would need to take my information again. If they are too busy to respond to a new customer (one who was patient enough to call multiple times) over a 10 day period they're not getting my business nor my recommendation. I would bet most people wouldn't have given them 3 opportunities for new business.
