Totally a family run business. Nicest people! Totally worth the trip. I would recommend this place 1000% to anyone who owns a pool. So happy we drove from MA to N.H. to get our pool pump. They are truly a family run company who greets every customer, bring the stock to your car, registers all your products. I haven’t had this type of service since Pool and Patio went out of business! Customers for the future for sure ️

After SIGNING A CONTRACT to replace a liner, after examining it twice before the contract was signed, this company bailed - very rudely, I might add- on their promise to do the work over a month later. Don’t enter into a contract unless you’re sure you can do the job. Post response: I understand the process, I understand the issues.....you should have done all of this research BEFORE you signed the contract....or at the very least, have someone call me to apologize. Instead, I had to call, wondering what was happening, wondering when my liner would be installed, only to be very very rudely told that you were cancelling my contract. It was a terrible experience, terrible business.

We used EZ Test Pools to install an in-ground fiberglass pool. The entire team is amazing and we couldn’t be happier. The whole process, from early conversations about which model fiberglass pool was right for us, to the install process, and to “pool school” was seamless. The entire crew was extremely knowledgeable and professional and never left a single piece of trash out. They always showed up on time and took the time to explain the entire process. EZ Test Pools did exactly as promised and then some! They far exceeded our expectations. If you are considering installing a pool, look no further, this is the company you want to partner with. To top it off, I have never dealt with a more responsive company. Any and all questions were always answered right away. Truly a great experience over all.
