Absolutely awful. After ten years of being a loyal customer, a new employee incorrectly hooked up irrigation to town water instead of well water costing thousands of dollars. Despite numerous calls to owner and a senior technician acknowledging the mistake, no calls were ever returned. Completely unprofessional.
