Bought all the components for my monster computer build and had him build it for me. Showed up around 12:30 pm on a Saturday and he stayed late to finish it up and let me pick it up the same day. He Installed windows and updated all the drivers. Had it working beautifully. Price was also reasonable. He knows his stuff and does good work. He wasn’t sure if my motherboard would recognize my processor without an update. To update the motherboard u need a processor that is recognized for it to actually boot up. So he threw his own spare components on my motherboard with my processor in it Before I left him to build it. All was good. Took him about 15 min to make sure it would boot. He assembled all my components and saved all the packaging for me. Based on my experience I can Definitely recommend him for any custom build work! Plaistow custom pc Delivered as expected.

Plaistow Custom PC has serviced my computers for many years. I've found their work to be of the highest standard and the fees exceptionally reasonable. Also, Richard (owner) has always been willing to put in the time to explain something to me and do whatever diagnosis is needed to pin down the cause of the issue I'm having. In my opinion there's no better computer repair service in this area. In addition to repairs, they sell refurbished laptops and computers and they build custom machines. They also stand behind their work.
I had an open RAM slot on my new laptop to add memory; wanted to get it done right so I took it to Richard. He got me the correct stick and showed me how to install it. Thanks Richard!
I will definitely be coming to this store again (if my PC has more issues). I tried to upgrade my PSU,CPU, and GPU by myself but it wouldn’t boot. I brought it to Richard and he was extremely helpful and he got it in perfect condition. He was the only store that even gave advice over the phone before I had been to his store. He genuinely wanted to help and I couldn’t recommend him and his shop more.
