Precision refurbished my beloved 40 year old Technics turntable. I agree with the other reviews, the appearance is a bit deceiving but these guys know what they are doing. Taking that specific turntable apart is an involved procedure, but Chris immediately recited the steps required when I dropped it off. The table now works like new. The best part was the cost was extremely reasonable.

Chris provided exceptional service when fixing my game console. When his trusted supplier abruptly shut down without warning (possibly Coronavirus related), I was faced with being permanently without a working unit. Chris stepped in and made the whole thing right, at considerable personal expense, well above and beyond our agreed price, all of which he covered. In light of the recent events, he might have been within his rights to simply cut his losses and refund his fees. But I now have a working unit because he stood by his commitment to taking care of his customers. Highly recommended.

Saved us literally Thousands of dollars. We have a piece of medical equipment in our office that costs about 9,000 to replace. Recently the handheld controller started to work only intermittently. We Contacted the sales and service guys for this equipment and they said it is no longer serviceable and no parts are available and we need to buy a new unit for almost 10k. We called around and got the same response. I just recently ran across Precision, and thought I'd ask them, can't hurt right? They said they could fix it. I dropped it off. Called me and said it was done a few days later. I plugged it in and it works PERFECTLY. It only cost 40. Absolutely Awesome

Excellent service. They fixed up my 1970's Pioneer receiver and even cleaned the controls and realigned the tuner. Pricing was very reasonable. Technicians who can perform repairs like this are hard to find. Not only did they fix my stereo up in just 2 days, the owner came in on his day off so I could pick it up since I live 350 miles away. They include a written report of the service/repairs done for your records. Glad this place exists otherwise I would've had to \upgrade\!
