With this frigid cold front, it knocked out our power and the heater stopped working. I called Teresa last night and left her a voicemail regarding our problem. She called me back the next morning and had a repairman out to our house within a few hours. Ricky fixed our limit switch and the temperature continues to rise. Thank you 1st Class Heat & Air for responding so quickly, especially given the fact that you are swamped. I’ve used 1st Class Heat & Air for 9 years and will continue to use their service. Randy and his team are great. We had an issue with one of our units. He sent out a crew, they diagnosed it, made repair and all is good now. Good folks and we’ll use them again when needed.
I used this company a few years ago when my AC was not cooling at all. Another company had come out prior to 1st Class and added 2 gallons of Freon, but didn't do anything about the leak that was apparently there. So when the system stopped cooling again, I called 1st Class Heat & Air. The long and the short of it is that we had them install a new AC, and we were very satisfied with every aspect of our dealings with them. We have continued to use them for regular service check-ups, and last year we had them install a new furnace. All has been fine, and we have been completely impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, rates, timeliness, knowledge, staff, and the service they have performed. We had them come out this week for the regular service check-up on the AC. Once again, everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When so many companies fail to meet even a minimum level of expectation, 1st Class Air impresses at every turn. This company and their staff are 1st Rate. They are a diamond in the rough!
We had 1st Class Air our to fix our AC unit. The team was quick to respond on a Sunday. The unit was beyond repair so we ended up replacing the AC unit. Did a price comparison and the company was on par with similar units from other companies but they were able to install on the same day working well into the night. Very professional team and I will continue to use them!
