ACCEL BMW is the absolute BEST certified BMW repair shop, ever. If you want an honest diagnosis of your repairs, ACCEL BMW is the place you want to take your vehicle. To make a long story short, I was having problems with my car auto braking only when it rained. Because I thought the problem was manufacturer's issue, I took my car to BMW of Arlington where I purchased it. Twice, I took my car to BMW of Arlington, with the above problem and the mechanics were never able to properly diagnose the problem. As a matter of fact, they told me that I would have to pay 8000 to replace the entire braking system and they still could not guarantee that the problem would be fixed (See attached). I took my car to ACCEL and after a few days, Austin called my husband and informed him that he was able to pinpoint the actual problem. Austin gave my husband the option of replacing the needed part with a new or used one. My husband asked Austin what would he do and Austin suggested going with the used part. My husband trusted Austin's opinion and went with the used part and the rest is history. The problem was fixed at a fraction of the cost that BMW of Arlington was trying to charge and I've not had any issues, at all. I cannot put into words how much I LOVE this business. Everyone is beyond professional and Ms. Esther, who works in the front office, is a ROCK STAR!

Expensive and will intentionally cause a defect to your vehicle as they have done to mine, and claim to discover a problem that you never took your car in for in the first place. Damaged window regulator along with missing hardware that supported the window which was never a problem prior to, tracked my cleaned carpet with oily dirt to the driver's side that I have to have cleaned again. Addition to that, didn't reprogram my car as I requested in the first place. Now, I'm making it my personal mission to let anybody and everybody know what lengths a shop like this will go in order to make a buck and disregard customer service and disrespect customer property. I'm not done by a long shot. More pics of damage will follow....
Affordable, honest and great turn around. They worked with my availability. I refer them to anyone with a BMW. They are also BMW certified mechanics.

I've been taking my car to him approximately for 2 years. I'm really satisfied. Working with an experienced mechanic just makes you comfortable. Price?. I don't even need to think about it because his price reasonable. Reasonable price and good labor, normally you can't find these two together but If you meet with Austin, you will have a chance to experience it. Thank you Austin for being good and honest.
