Terrible. We called to sign up for a trial, jumped through all the hoops of getting medical records, phone calls, waiting weeks for a call to set up the appointment only to be told the day of appointment we weren’t eligible due to taking certain medications...very frustrating and unprofessional.

Study is great as well as employees. Pay needs help as in paying on time and what not. Having to wait three days is ridiculous when told same day you would be paid.
