Ahuja & Clark took over my companies/business tax work in the middle of multiple problems I had created. With detailed work and only pointed requests of me they (also during a pandemic) where able to clean up years of issues. I appreciate all the members of the firm and look forward to traveling to their office and meeting and thanking them for the excellent work. Also with my spouse living and working internationally I was happy to find their team knew exactly what we need to have to complete our next years taxes as a matter of common knowledge! Do not engage this CPA to conduct a SBA level valuation! This CPA came on a list of recommendations from the SBA lender, however they were extremely disappointing in not only their service - but more importantly their final results. I was told a valuation could be completed in two weeks over the phone, but when that deadline was missed - the CPA's ran for cover behind their 5 page engagement letter with all sort of self serving protection language finally delivering the valuation 10 days late. On top of that, they required another 1,500 to complete the SBA report that took them probably 15 minutes to finalize. A report would not be released unless it was paid....a fantastic extortion tactic. To add to final insult, CPA Ahuja refused to assist in offering an interpretation of their report. There were TWO letters of intent showing a very high value - all they did was take that figure and cut it in half - TWICE - just so they could defend it as a conservative valuation. In real estate - there are deal killing appraisers, and deal killing inspectors - these folks are deal killing CPA's. Keep shopping!
