All pro was difficult to reach on the phone regarding status of printer repair, stopped returning calls, did not call back as promised, and when came to shop to ask where our printer was they had no idea where repair man was nor who picked up our printer nor had phone number... like dropping off to black hole. On day of drop off place was full of old printers as might be expected... but no one seemed to know how to get my phone number down for calling me when repair was done... was left to fill out some ew tracking program\ in a back room since no one seems able to ask my name and best contact number for when job was done. Everyone seemed confused and disorganized. Hope I have the same printer when all is done...
Pete has kept our business going for toner and printer servicing for many years through multiple business ventures. Multiple locations did not slow him down. He has always done a great job. Thanks Pete and keep it up.
I run a small business and my printer quit working on a Tuesday. I called All Pro and spoke with Karen—she was super! By Wednesday afternoon they delivered a new (used) printer and it really saved the day. That was two weeks ago and I have had no issues at all. Pete delivered and set up my new printer. He was very professional and was able to get things up and running fast. I give these guys an A.
