My central vacuum lost suction right before Christmas, so I called All Vac for service. They were very nice and professional they explained exactly there process and fees up front. Brian the technician called me before he came, after he arrived and inspected the system he explained and showed us the problem. We installed our system about five years ago and is in excellent condition but the company that installed the system forgot to glue together PVC pipes (the can of glue still left in the attic)for the hide a hose in the attic which caused the issue. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL VAC they are very honest and professional. I will be using them from now on.

Please don't listen to the people with 1 stars they don't realize how great their customer service actually is. I brought a simplicity in for a tune up and it was ready in just a couple days good as new. Go to these people, great prices, great people. Couldn't be happier

If I could five a minus star I would. I brought my Dyson in on March 5, 2016, my vacuum would not turn off. I was told by Dyson to take it to this store for warranty work. They called on Monday to let me know that it was ready. It is now March 23rd and guess what? My vacuum will not turn off. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone who informed me that the switch was just unstuck. I stated\ I was under the impression the switch was replaced and why would you not replace it?\ When I asked why it was not replaced and is this a labor issue, I was put on hold. Theresa, picked up and told they had replaced the switch and to bring it back in to be fixed. (Which is a 25 minute drive) She said she called the Tech that worked on it. When I asked ,Why did the gentleman tell me something different? She stated He was wrong. Let me start by saying, I was Warranty Admin for 10 years and I know how this works. The poor guy that answered the phone was reading the ticket and Theresa was not telling me the truth. But I am sure they submitted a claim that has the switch on it. Do not take your vacuum here. If she would have just told me the truth I would not have been so mad. I know that Dyson has their own issues but I would not recommend this place at all. Dyson is not referring people here anymore....... I wonder why. Very disappointed.

Four years ago I went to All Vac to buy a commercial vacuum for use in my home (I have five kids). The salesman convinced me that the commercial vacuum would not suit my needs since it doesn't have a removable filter bag. He showed me the vacuum with the exact same motor, but with a disposable bag and although it was more expensive that the other vacuums I have had, I bought it. It has turned out to be the best vacuum I have ever owned. It has outlasted and out-cleaned every other vacuum I have ever had. I love it, and All Vac helped me find the right vacuum for my needs.
