We have 2 kids enrolled age 4 & 7. Ms Sam and Ms Fola are the best! They give great feedback on progress and what needs to be worked on. The facility is nice and clean with lots of room for parents to view. The lessons are only 30 minutes long which for me seems too short. While the teacher is with one kid the others are just sitting and watching. My suggestion would be to give those kids some instruction or have them practice on other things so that it's just not idle time. It's also higher in priced compared to some other swim schools in the area but overall I'm happy with Aqua Tots.

Both of my kids look forward to their weekly swim lessons. The instructors are great with kids and the front desk is always very helpful! My kids have gained so much confidence in the water. Everyone always greets you with a smile and it's very easy to schedule make up lessons. Highly recommend Aqua Tots Swim Schools Plano!

We have had great experiences with Aqua-Tots in Plano at this location. My daughter really loves her coaches and often times her class isn't at capacity which is an nice added bonus. Management has always been responsive to any questions and I find it easiest to schedule make-up classes the day we're attending in person. Due to summer vacation we had a lot of make-up classes so I went ahead and scheduled a few each week on top of our regular schedule. Love coach Brittney and Jesalyn as they are our regular coaches, but many other talented coaches there, as well. Thanks so much for teaching my daughter a love of the water. :)

The staff was always nice and professional however there seemed to be a lot of turnover and inconsistency with this school. It takes way too long to move up a level and the advancement to the next level seems not to be a priority. This may be because the teachers frequently change so progress monitoring is lacking. We were able to schedule make ups as needed. This school has great potential but needs a little more structure and fine tuning.
