Our washer went out this morning so we called ASAPpliance and they sent ALEC to assist us. He promptly arrived and although our washer was not repairable he gave us a lot of great advice before he left. We were more than satisfied but then our doorbell rang and he asked if we had any other issues with other appliances which we did. I showed him the dishwasher and much to my amazement he graciously repaired it at no cost. Very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Thank you, Alec.

Alec did a wonderful job with my refrigerator repair. The parts I needed weren’t in stock and he gave me an accurate timeline on when they would be available and followed up with a telephone call. Everything was done around my schedule, and he didn’t leave until all of the issues were fixed. I’d gladly recommend him to anyone looking for appliance repair.
