Went to the Allen Event Center show & purchased a 7 person spa . Spa was delivered April 2020 with the wrong siding and steps (brown) correct top and shell ( gray ) . We were told by the guys who delivered that they would be back next week to correct it or they could take the whole spa back that day but electrical was already done so we said leave it and return to switch out .When we called after 2 weeks we were told that Covid had slowed down production etc . We understood and said call us when it’s in to schedule to come back out . We don’t get updates we have to call in repeatedly. I haven’t posted any complaints until now bc here we are almost a year late and STILL NOT CORRECTED ! Spa is great but customer service is not . You took our full payment but haven’t delivered our full product so disappointed and won’t refer anyone ! John and Stacy Alba

I went in with an appointment with Blake Carman knowing I was going to get just another salesman but that was NOT the case! He was straight to the point and answered any and all questions I had. Needless to say I left purchasing a wonderful hot tub and had an excellent experience to boot!

Had a great experience with Chip this past weekend. Chip is very knowledgeable and he was able to answer all my questions. He was not pushy at all and I felt confident with the buying experience. He went out of his way to arrange a next day delivery and recommended a competent electrician to help set up the electric in my yard. I like that Chip is accessible as well and I can reach him anytime on his cell. Thanks Chip, great job!

Our H2X Swim Spa was recently delivered and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the spa and the excellent service we received from Atlas Spas & Swim Spas and Blake Carman. Blake has gone above and beyond to answer every question and educate me on how to care for our spa and water, which turned out to be extremely easy. Thoroughly love our new swim spa! We used the installer recommended by Atlas, Fierce Construction, and they did an awesome job. Not only does it look great, but they took good care of the site and kept us in the loop for the whole process. We have enjoyed swimming in the pool part, and the hot tub is very enjoyable after a long day at work or play. Highly recommended
