I am so happy I purchased from Audi Plano! I was paired with Danny as my salesman and he absolutely went above and beyond to meet my needs. As a young, first time buyer, I was worried about feeling pressured into buying a car that didn't fit me - this was not the case at all. Danny was extremely patient and courteous with me and I felt very taken care of. I would definitely recommend both the dealership, and Danny, to anyone looking to buy a car.

Tommy, my Sales Representative, was welcoming, professional, an advocate with the whole process and even came in on his day off to finalize the deal and deliver the vehicle to us! Travis (GM), David (Service Director), Evelyn (Finance Manager) were all exceptional as well. The vehicle is great, price good (couldn't discount it due to few days in inventory)...enjoying it so far! Just noticed it is missing the front license plate bracket/holder...can I have one installed, please??

Who can say that the car buying process is anything close to a pleasant experience. I am the type of buyer that avoids the haggle and back and for. I come with a reasonable offer and want to know if it is doable. If not, I am happy to walk out. Well, for some reason I always get cut on the same trap. Nevertheless, Audi Plano was better than most. They are respectful and provide a very good service. It is a tough competition on the luxury car market so I always expect them to go above and beyond. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. Will you need patience as in most car buying deals? Absolutely. Could never give 5 stars to any dealer but this one gets 4 when I would give most a 2.

Had a very positive experience with Audi Plano trading my 2015 SQ5 for a 2018 S6. Erasmo Partida was my rep - very professional and knowledgeable - took his time with me and was not pushy at all - very at ease. Finance manager was Marcio Velasquez and he handled paperwork quickly - amazingly Marcio told me he had talked to me 4 years prior about another car that I did not buy there - I found the text string in my phone! (impressed with their level of organization that he could find that info!). Overall great experience and would recommend Audi Plano. Great job guys - thank you! - you did everything right! :)
