Super confused over the negative reviews. I ordered a cake several weeks in advance. I was supposed to pick my cake up tomorrow but due to the weather I asked if I could pick up today and they got my custom cake ready for me. They were very accommodating. The employees are friendly and I received great customer service. Lastly and the most important aspect the cake! It came out sooo cute and exactly as I had hoped. It also tasted really good too! I really enjoyed it as did my family! Keep up the good work! Also the dog treats were awesome if you have a dog I highly recommend getting them one. Our puppy loved it!

I have little over a year living in DFW and just found out about this store. I love BJs ice creams. Yes, they could be a little bit overpriced but it’s worth the extra money.

I came to pick up my cake and the trainee ( who was working by herself) couldn't find it. She researched the order and it was mistakenly given to another customer. She called the owner who said to get a cake from the freezer for the same price. The owner said my cake was mistakenly made at his other store and he would deliver to my house. The trainee gave me the phone with the owner and I told him I wanted my money back. He refused saying I already paid for the cake which was at his other store.

Response. I don't recall a \hey yall\ and if you are greeting me with your head down maybe I couldn't hear it. She never had time to make any suggestion because she was too busy in her paperwork. I never said we have to ask for a sample because I have never been there before. Does your cameras provide you with audio or are you going off of what she stated? If she is 30 she doesn't look it, I guess she doesn't age gracefully, but that's another story. We actually took our business elsewhere. A place that handed out sample spoons AND provided a trash for us to discard of them. Have a wonderful day. Arrived at 3:24 pm 1/3/21, the old lady was rude and did not greet my family. This was our first time trying this place, but decided to leave since we were not greeted and the cashier did not stop looking at paperwork to even help. On top of that she refused samples with an unpleasant tone.

My family loves Ben and Jerry’s ice cream as well as I, so I decided to try out their cakes for my son’s birthday. I was not happy with the look. The taste of the cake was ok. I would prefer to have a cake layer as it is an “ice cream cake”. For the design alone, I would probably never order another cake from Ben and Jerry’s. Not sure if it was the staff working that day or if all designs come out as bad as my sons cake. You can look at their website and compare.
