I have to say until recently I had good service. However, when I got the call that my nurse had covid, Adele showed no concern or even the smallest amount of concern for my well being outside of telling me there would be no nursing support until My wife and myself got tested. By the way at our expense . She is truly someone I really don’t approve of providing support for the immune compromised. There is much more but you get the idea. Incidentally my nurse was very kind and I feel no ill will toward her.

I am pleased to describe the extraordinary support and care that Lavatra Johnson is providing my husband who has Parkinson's Disease. As he is a fall risk he needs constant supervision and aid. He enjoys interaction with Lavatra (Vee) and we both depend on her competence, reliability, commitment and professionalism. We want him to stay in his own home and Vee makes this possible.
Bright Star is amazing when it comes to care of a precious family member. I was so impressed with the genuine concern and love that was shown to my Mother in the final days on earth. I highly recommend Bright Star. Very professional!!! Thank you!!!

Think again if you want prompt care with politeness. This place is a racket. They could careless. I called at 9am for the nurse to get back and schedule with me as to when they could make it out. The scheduler informed mE that they could make it out today and that a nurse would be calling to confirm what time they’d come out. I had to call three times throughout the day to see when and if they had scheduled the visit. Last call around 4 pm I was informed they’re heading out at 5:30. I said great hadn’t heard from anyone to confirm this was accurate or not. I then get a call finally from a nurse at 5:28 to explain she works two jobs and is trying to fit me in to her schedule. I immediately decided to move on from this situation and receive immediate care from my local ER. Just becareful when choosing your home health services. This one is TRASH
