Both reps wore masks and booties, yay! Brent was prompt when he arrived to do the inspection. He was professional and friendly, and has been in the \bug business\ for a long time so was very knowledgeable. I really liked that Buckaroo sent me an email with the technician's name and picture in advance of the treatment appointment. Technician Bart was also prompt and friendly and let me know exactly what he was doing. I was very pleased with this first visit and the price was right, too!
Every time I communicate with anyone in this company, they are always so helpful and KIND. I appreciate their good, quality service. Shout-out to Bart for always doing a good job.
Bart came out and found out where the rats were coming in. He blocked all the places of access and set traps. He’s dependable and does good work. I do recommend.
