Caliber Collision is a great company and stands behind their work as long as I own the vehicle. I worked with Ron per my passenger headlamp which was repaired in California with an aftermarket part and he replaced with a VW official passenger headlamp. I was in and out in 30 minutes and couldn't be happier my issue is resolved. Their worksmanship on body work I had completed almost 7 years ago still looks like new. Ron had my driver door buffed for some gum that was on it which looked like a crack in the paint. Thankfully that was not the problem. I highly recommend using them for any repairs caused from an accident or even out of pocket repair. Great work, honest, trust worthy, great company and employees I have dealt with personally have been exceptional people.

Thanks for the Caliber collision team and the manager, Ron. They reached out to me after knowing that I was disappointed with the service and offered to fix the remaining scratches and dent that they missed the first time. I would definitely recommend this place for the body repair works despite the miscommunication by the team first time.
I recently got rear ended in my 2015 Silverado and the caliber collision on Park Avenue was highly recommended so I chose to take my vehicle here to get my bumper replaced they did such an awesome job had great customer service as well they even went above and beyond and clean my truck which is a service that I have never had done at any other body shop and I really appreciate all the hard work and dedication each team member has to their job! I manage a Take-5 oil change in Plano and this is the place I will start recommending my customers to go to when bodywork is needed because I like to see people be treated right and this is the place to go if you want to get things done!!!
I would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Brian and his team!!!! This location did a FANTASTIC job!!!! I was hit by a red light runner and I was devastated considering my car was brand new with paper tags! I was referred to Caliber Collision and Addison immediately greeted me with a positive attitude and they were able to get me in right away. Brian called me weekly providing me with updates to my vehicle without me having to ask. Whenever there was a delay with getting parts in etc, Brian always kept me updated. Today I was told my vehicle was ready and they had my car parked out front, shiny and looking accident FREE!!!!!!!! OMG!!! THANK YOU THANK THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
