Ying Cao is Wonderful! Hands down I would go to her for any pain related incident! BUT her office Manager is the pits. He says he is to busy to file the insurance claims. If he would spend less time talking he could get more done. At the beginning of the year you are paying your deductible. I have paid them 400 cash for the month of January, with other prescriptions I would have met my deductible. The office did not turn in my claims to the insurance company so my next prescription will cost me 400 more than it should. I will not be going back to Dr. Cao for this reason. If you do not worry about co-pays you should have no problem. If you have insurance so you can get to your co-pay, wait till you met your deductible before you go. I tried calling him to get the info. I needed to file it myself, he would not give it to me. Very unhappy. Jennifer Davis
