Third car to purchase from this CarMax location. After dealing with other dealerships long drawn out - make-you-want- to-off- yourself process, CarMax is a breeze. It’s a very transparent experience as well. No haggling, fair and straightforward financing options. I think COVID may have slowed it down a tad compared to previous purchases but very happy overall. Will buy my youngest daughter’s car there in a year.

So at first I didn't really like it because I had to work with so many different people I couldn't really have a one person that walking through the whole thing and then I realized that everybody comes together as a team to give you the best service so they can so you don't have to wait for somebody. The 30 day policy is awesome because you can only drive it for 20 minutes you can't really figure out if it's the right car for you can you take it home then you start to see what doesn't work especially if it's an older car. I really like the call center cuz the lady really took the time to give me super a lot of attention and discuss every detail about the cars I wanted and everything that was great also the free shipment with no pressure thanks guys

All Covid protocols were in place and all the staff were very pleasant during the buying process. The salesman noted a flaw that I had missed and made arrangements to have it fixed. All I had to do was show up! The vehicle I wanted was brought in from another store and the process of purchasing and cooperation with my lender was smooth as silk. I have had several transactions with this store and will no doubt be using them again!

Bought a car and within 3 months the transmission went out. I was told by Ford the codes have been on for over a year. Carmax wiped my fault lights and sold me a bad car. I’ve been trying for months to get help and they refuse. Terrible service- would not recommend.
