I have been coming to this location for a couple of years now for the level of service that I get. I own a 2 series and I am made to feel like I own an 8 series. My service advisor, Mallory McCormick, is the biggest part of that experience. Warranty issues are handled quickly and efficiently. Non warranty issues are handled in the same manner and with added patience from Mallory to me. I don't know cars as well as I probably should and I am sure I ask silly questions. She is patient, informative, and takes great care of me. Thank you Mallory.

I am so glad that I called Chris Kim at the Classic BMW. After I went to the Autobahn BMW at Fort Worth which was a total waste of my time. I called Chris around 4:30pm and he told me to come over so he can help me even though they close at 6:00 pm. I got there at 5. He quickly show me the one that I liked. 2 hours later I was at the finance office signing the documents. The best car buying experience ever !!! Now, My wife and I am so happy with the brand new 2021 X5. Thank you Chris and the classic BMW.

Classic is the best in sales and service. My sales guy James Garza is the man. He has sold me my last two vehicles. All I have to do is tell James the make model and color of the vehicle I'm looking for. Each time James has called me to inform me he has my vehicle. The buying process is painless. They treat you fairly and with respect. The service department is excellent . Always a loaner available. Again painless. I live in Oak Cliff and I have no problem driving to Plano to be a member of the Classic BMW family.
Friendly staff and fast service. Everyone I talked to knew exactly what they were talking about and I felt extremely comfortable. A gentleman named Cody helped me and I’d definitely return to see him. Great attitude and knowledgeable about what he does.
