It’s so refreshing to have an excellent customer service experience like we had here. We brought our class C in for body repair after we were rear ended. We also had our water pump replaced in our tanks cleaned. We had routine service updates and the job was done on time as expected.highly recommended!

I brought my Vanleigh Beacon 5th wheel in for a warranty recall. David my service advisor was very thorough and helped us obtain the warranty service from our manufacturer. David would communicate with me almost daily to let me know the progress they were making with my repair. Work done performed correctly and Coach Specialist made this a pleasurable task as opposed to the hassles you get from most RV dealers in Dallas. Highly Recommend them and will not take my unit anywhere else in the future. So glad I found them.

Hail damage to roof required a complete replacement of roof. They worked with insurance, described what they would do to correct the issue and followed thru. Excellent work; excellent service; timely completion.

We bought our 32 foot Class C in October, and it sustained hail damage in March. We worked with our insurance company to assess the damage, and received a claim check for the repairs. After picking CST, we began working with Doug on the repair work. Doug determined the damage was more extensive than initially thought, and did all the work with our insurance company to amend the claim (twice) to make sure additional issues with the roof were fixed. As new RV owner's - we could not have been happier with CST and Doug for all their work in making sure all damage was covered, and taking all the stress out of the claim by working directly with the insurance company. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
