I called a couple of weeks ago to ask whether or not I would in general qualify for disability or not with the one area of work that I was wondering about. My call was answered by an assistant who promptly asked me many questions as if he was a robot not pertaining to my question. I was hopping to get my question answered in a minute. Not so, I had to tell this person three times that I would look for another place that would cater to my needs! Not good customer service.

Hi, I wanted to take a moment to thank the incredible team at Coats and Todd for their successful representation of my SSDI claim. There are no words strong enough to articulate the professionalism, kindness, work ethic, and compassion of this firm.
