My experience with this company was excellent. They were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. They went straight to the point and fix my two units quickly and efficiently. Their prices are reasonable which is a plus. Should we need help with our heaters or AC will call them again for sure.

I'm beyond blessed to have used Collins Heating and Air. As we rolled into the crazy freezing weather that Texas NEVER gets, my heater decided it had enough. We did a Google duo call and was able to walk us through fixing our unit. What an amazing company. Thank you for all your help.
I had a problem with my heating unit not staying on, which caused my room to not reach the thermostat setting. I called and requested service, which was next day. The technicians arrived on time, were friendly and professional. They listened to my problem and thoroughly inspected the unit. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They spent time to ensure that the fix solved the problem. The cost was reasonable. I will continue to do business with Collin Air. Thanks
Collin Air is my go to business for anything related to my A/C. Fast, reliable, and consistent. It doesn't matter who comes out, they are always friendly and professional. They take the time to explain what they're doing and they are reasonably priced. I've never had an experience where I was less than 100% satisfied. Highly recommend.
Excellent experience! Very friendly, nice guy. Most importantly though; he told me what I had, needed, could go wrong, looked iffy etc. but never pushed anything on me which I appreciate. I am back up and running and able to take a breath while I budget and/or plan for future repairs or a replacement. I found my AC company!
