Things started out good. Dr. Hash was nice and explained the procedure, and his MA was professional and courteous. But once the procedure was over, the nightmare began. They advised me I'd be getting a phone call with an estimate for the cost of the procedure once they had contacted my insurance. I later got a phone call that advised me to be prepared to make a 250 dollar payment on the day of the procedure, and I agreed to this. After my procedure, I got another bill for over 100. Shocked, I called and they advised that the 250 I paid was JUST for the surgery center, and that I was now paying this 100 bill for Dr. Hash. I grumbled, as it wasn't what I was told, but I paid the bill. Fast forward another few months, and now they want over 250 for anesthesia, again, never discussed or agreed upon prior to the procedure. I made another phone call, and the billing lady was apologetic and said she would mail me a payment plan. A month goes by, I get another bill. I call again, and this time they tell me there's no mailed payment plan, it's all done over the phone? Each time I inquire it gets more complicated and I can't trust what they say. This is now going to cost me well over double what I budgeted for this procedure, all because their communication was terrible. I never would have agreed to the procedure if I had known the true cost was not affordable. Please avoid this place because even if they give you an estimate it won't be correct! **EDIT** Shortly after this review was posted, I was finally able to speak to someone in billing who determined that the reason I was being charged the 250 was because the anesthesiologist on duty the day of my procedure was out of network for my insurance. This is completely out of my control, and they agreed. They pushed my insurance to cover 200, and then took care of the 50 as they agreed I couldn't determine who my anesthesiologist would be. I'm moving my star review to 3 from 1 as this was finally resolved.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Leverton, Dr. Hashemipour and their entire staff. I had a pretty scary event and they worked me in quickly, then rearranged their schedules for diagnostic procedures within a couple of days! They went above and beyond and I appreciate that so much! Thank you!

Absolutely everything about my experience here was satisfactory, except the extremely rude and toxic receptionist. This business needs to do themselves a favor and find a replacement. There were 3 people in the waiting room with me and all of them including myself was disgusted with her behavior. Other than this vital portion of my stay here, I have zero complaints about anything else.
