So I purchased two sofas from Conn's and paid for warranty on them. Not even a year has passed and the Sofas have broke down. So I made a claim on them and they sent someone to my home to inspect the Sofas. The guy told me that he can repair them but Conn's have denied my claim. They told me on the phone that the furniture has to much ACCUMULATE damage. And they will not fix or replace my Sofas. But yet they still want money for them, they won't even take them back! THEY ARE STILL UNDER WARRANTY!! but they wont do anything to help me. Not the claims department not the store not even customer service. I strongly suggest not to buy anything from these people. They will take your money but if you have problems your on your own. I strongly recommend going some other place and not get ripped off like I have been.
