Dr. Chan is such an excellent surgeon! His whole team is incredible, front desk, coordinators, assistants. They really help you and the situation stay very calm. They even sang a song for me before I got sedated. “I wanna be sedated.” EPIC. :p Best doctor best staff, top notch place. Post op care excellent and convenient access to get to the car. Would even visit out of state for this doc in the future if I had to!! Thank you Dr. Chan, happy without those 4 suckers!!

Scheduling and front office challenges. Old location didn't have directions to the current location. No coffee in the waiting area. Fumes from adjacent gas station perk up one's nostrils. Fortunately, Dr. Chan has consumate skills and professionalism in working with diverse patients.

My Son had to have a procedure done today and be put under anesthesia. Needless to say I was a wreck. Everything went smooth from check in to recovery. My son who's anxiety runs high said that everyone was super nice to him and he was not so nervous after he got back there and they started talking to him. Both the dentist and staff were so nice and answered all my questions. They never seemed rush or bothered. The site on his gum looks amazing and it was just done today! Happy and relieved mom.

Everyone was great, really caring, and accommodating to my needs. I needed a graft along with the wisdom teeth removal and requested no porcine (pork material) graft. They assured me multiple times and made me feel heard. The surgical assistant, Veronica, was very personable and was very thorough. Dr Chan was awesome as well and thorough. Everyone was a coordinated and working as a team and that’s how it should be. I’m glad I chose them!
