I’ve been frequenting this location for a couple years now, it’s the staff that keeps me coming back! Product wise, it’s hard to use any other knife in the kitchen once you use a Cutco blade!

What I was told is buy more so YOU can save money. I needed info to see if there would be any items reduced sometime soon. The attitude of the salesman was buy or don't buy. If I buy more items it will be from another supplier.

Beware of this pyramid scheme/multi-level marketing company. They prey on inexperienced and naive high school students and college students. Despicable and predatory practices. Read google reviews about this pyramid scheme. Response to owner: Vector Marketing Cutco, I have the right to warn other people of your pyramid scheme. I do not want young adults to fall into your employment trap. I can understand that you're denying it and trying to do damage control, but I will not stand for your predatory practices and multi-level marketing schemes. I like how your response is also an advertisement for your company. Sad sales pitch

Absolutely horrible service. They claim they have a lifetime warranty, it’s a lie. We broke a tip off my longer butcher style knife I drove 30 min to their location dropped it off. To my surprise instead of replacing it they filed it down to a steak knife size and still left the tip bent. I asked the guy this is your warranty??? He said let me get that replaced for you. Two weeks later they call me and tell me it’s now a steak knife not replaced filed down again!!! They are liars, here is what you do. This is what I did: 1. Go to BBB and file a complaint. 2. Go to Texas AG online and file a complaint for false advertising. Don’t let them treat you like a fool and drive back and forth 4 times to have a butcher knife made down into a steak knife !!
