We can here because this place was recommended by a sales associate from Williams Sonoma. We took our Shun knives here to be sharpened. They were ready the same day and looked as if they were brand new. He even fixed the tip of the knife that was broken off (from our fault, not due to the quality of the knife). The knives were as sharp as they say we bought them. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to support a local business that does a fantastic job.
