If I could give zero stars I would. Totally took advantage of my Mom after my Dad passed away. After truck was loaded further negotiated price down. My Mom was effectively robbed for what he took and the money he gave. Jason Mondek

I asked him if there were fees once his staff loaded up everything into their trailers. We were told that once he had our things loaded up in the trailers the rest was on him. Well that was far from the truth. We were charged 3,750.00 in labor! I would suggest you get everything in writing. It wasnt in the contract so we learned a hard AND EXPENSIVE LESSON lesson. On the plus side the laborers worked very hard.

My husband and I purchased over 1400 worth of products most without any issue or concern. There were several times during the day where there had been confusion about who bid on what and each time they went back and restarted the auction. Well I was bidding on a rug and was directly in front of the auctioneer and thought I had won the rug. To my surprise someone went over to get it and I said to the auctioneer that I thought I had the high bid seeing I was bidding on the item the whole time, Well it turns out that a woman directly behind me apparently was also bidding, but even more concerning is that she stated she was the auctioneers wife. I made my feelings of disappointment known, and was surprised that he didn't simply resume bidding and allow me to make the next bid of 550 as I was prepared to go as high as 1,000 for the rug. ( this was something they did a-least 3 times that I saw) so why was it different this time??? The woman then approached me and apologized and said she would let me purchase the rug for the 500 I stated that I needed to think about it. She also told me that she just arrived at the auction from dropping her kids off and that nobody was aware of her wanting to bid on the item? ( I told her that wasn’t true because before the auction stated on the rug she was talking to the auctioneer about her getting this one.) for her to lie to my face was confirmation that it was Shady! When I approached her When I was ready to pay my bill she said she changed her mind and she was keeping it. Obviously the first apology was not heartfelt. I think it is quite unfair to myself one of your customers, and to the seller of the rugs that the sale was not simply resumed. I also sent this letter to the owner of the auction and have not heard from him. I have taken action on this and hope this never happens to anyone again. I feel I was cheated and the owner of the rug was also cheated . Date of incident 5/18/19
