As I new patient, the first challenge is to set an appointment. The clinic staff made that easy. Once in \the system\ the information flow to describe the purpose of each visit was communicated to me in plenty of time to make the necessary preparations. Dr. Patel communicates clearly and takes the time to answer all the questions you may have and anticipates others that you may not have thought of yet. When I left I had all the information I needed for successful compliance, and I felt that he and the clinic staff \went home with me.\ I feel fortunate to be under their care.

Dr. Rikesh Patel is an excellent doctor who looks at every component of your health to make sure your cardiovascular system is working at it’s best. He is caring and works with you as a team to address any concerns and fully explains any questions you might have. He takes his time and you never walk out of there feeling like you are just another patient. You feel cared for and that he works hard to make sure you are stable. I highly recommend him and his staff!!!

Recently I had an opportunity to visit Dr.Rikesh Patel, my cardiologist. The wait to see him was less than 10 minutes. Before seeing me, Dr.Patel had already reviewed my lab reports, notes from my primary care physician. I found Dr. Patel to be an excellent listener asking appropriate questions. He took time explaining my cardiac-disease process and patiently discussed his treatment plans. He also explained to me the reasons why I needed to change some medications. He made sure to obtain prior approval with justification for the medications he prescribed. Dr. Patel is a dedicated physician with a compassionate nature, and he treated me in a professional manner.

Dr. Rikesh Patel is very efficient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. the Heart Place is very quick and prompt in their service and the office is very clean and safe.

Dr. Patel is one of the most compassionate, caring, knowledgable doctors I have ever met. He will actually sit down with you and take the time to explain everything going on, and then give you options for treatment. He never makes you feel like he has other people to see (even though I know that he does). My Dad went to see him and I could not have been happier with the experience. My father was quite worried and he was so good with him and put him at ease.
