I came to Dr Tong for digestive issues and pain in my shoulder and hip. I didn’t think I was coming to him for anxiety or stress, but while I was there I realized I actually was! While he addresses your ailments, he promotes overall wellness. I am a fan of herbal medicines and like the options he showed me. They can be pricy, especially the one powder he refers, but it is very calming and I’ve had no problems sleeping since taking it. I used to take 5-10 mg of melatonin every night to sleep. There is a lot of anxiety and emotional stress surrounding this pandemic and I find my visits a small retreat. In the meantime, he has helped my digestive issues and is working on my hip pain.
