First when I came they said that they will charge me 11 for dry cleaning my coat... when I came back to pick up they charged me 20 They are super expensive and not honest with customers This is my first and last time to this store

Always a very quick turnaround and everyone in the shop is very friendly! I don't have many things that need to be dry cleaned, but the couple of times I've gone, drop off and pick-up has been a breeze! Everything comes back beautifully! Highly recommend!
The purpose of a dry cleaning service is not to just provide me with pressed clothes, it is a process that uses liquids other than water to CLEAN clothes because certain fabrics are damaged with water or by a regular washing machine. I have come here twice out of location convenience over going to my usual Bibbentuckers (Higher quality) and each time my garments have been returned in a worse condition. I had a Wolford skirt that I dropped off one day pointing out a stain I wanted removed and making sure I told the attendant that this garment required a gentle cycle. Well stain was still there and the skirt was ruined but I should have looked over my clothes prior to coming home. Lesson learned.
