I had a great experience here. My service center concierge explained the issues with my vehicle and preventative maintenance options. He also provided a list that reminds me of things to give attention to in the future. I received a car wash/vacuum, and the gentleman brought my vehicle to me and opened/closed car door for me. Love that part the most. Very professional and friendly staff. Thanks Ewing Buick for the great customer service.

Bought a new 2021 Canyon from Ewing less than a month ago. All good and nice until something goes wrong with their product. My tire blows a hole in the sidewall while driving on the highway and the dealership refuses to replace their defective product. Mind you this was not a random road hazard but a hole right out the side of a brand new tire. Add on to that a few other mishaps with their parts department and I will now never again be using this dealership.
This is the second vehicle we buy from Robert “Fish” at Ewing. He has always treated us like a member of his family. His no pressure approach and humble demeanor are unlike anything I’ve seen before. And I’ve bought plenty of vehicles over the last 20 years. I will definitely go back and continue to recommend him and seeing to my friends and family.
I held out as long as I could in getting my daughter a newer car. I couldn’t be happier in working with Vincent Durone. They made it simple, affordable and pleasant. Even when I thought there might be an oil leak, they sent a tow truck to take a peek and assure me all is good. What service! Even at no charge when I was in the wrong.
