Five Guys has a great burger but I don't believe that it's worth the significant premium you pay over the alternatives. I purchased a cheeseburger, a small fries, and a small drink and the bill came to 16.77 before tip. The fries are outstanding and probably the best part of the meal. This location had one of the beverage machines that allows you to select a drink choice and add in flavors (e.g. Diet Coke with vanilla). The service was fast and friendly.

Not sure what the problem is here, but every time I have been by to pick something up, the wait times are beyond reasonable. I have had been here on three separate occasions where I have had to wait 45 minutes for my order. I think their issue at this location is staffing which I can understand, but still. What finally made me stop going to this location was when I was told that it was going to be a 45 minute wait for an order of fries - yes, just for an order of french fries. I understand it's fast food and turnover is probably horrendous since I've done that kind of work before, but management must make it work.

I remember when Five Guys was a little hole in the wall burger/fry joint in Arlington, VA, back in the '90s. Tiny, no tables. Best burgers anywhere at that time. And nothing's changed even though they're now global. The best.

Usually a great place for burgers and fries. Today was disappointing as the fries were thick and too big so they were not fully cooked. Sounded like something was broken but not sure why they couldn't use a knife and cut them up smaller by hand.
