These guys are the best. For all the years I had my watch services at Rolex it cost a fortune and I saw their add with a great price for a service. My Rolex was badly damaged and they gave me a really good price and the watch not only works perfectly but it looks brand new. Thanks.and god bless you guys. I’m so happy I can use my watch again :)

After picking up my Tag Kirium watch yesterday from High Grade Watch Repair for a battery replacement, case & strap polishing it looks like my watch had a spa day!!!! It is so clean and beautiful. It honestly looks like a brand new watch. After one day it was cleaned up & had a new battery. I am lucky enough to live close by and didn’t have to send it off to some service center. Wow! All for a VERY REASONABLE price!!!! Thank you for the professional service!

We shipped my husband's Ball Watch to them from Florida to Texas because there wasn't anyone locally who worked on the brand. They were very professional and responsive. The quote came back quickly, the repair was completed in the time frame promised, and the watch is working perfectly. It was an expensive repair, and because we were not local, we also incurred shipping and insurance fees, both ways. However, despite the expense, in this case I would say that you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this company for your luxury brand watch repair.

I have a Rolex Oyster Perpetual DATEJUST that I wear everyday. It has not been treated gently. It has been serviced in the past by Rolex. It stopped running and I went without a watch for 2 months while deciding what to do. I went online and did some research, including reading customer feedback. I decided to take my watch in for an evaluation of the problem. Due to COVID-19 safety measures you are unable to enter the shop. I appreciate that they are focused on both customer safety and the safety of their staff. We were met at the entrance where you place your watch on a tray that is then taken inside for an appraisal. I was surprised; as within about 10 minutes I was given an assessment of needed repairs, time since last worked on (11 years ago), and the cost of needed repairs. I was told to allow 2 weeks to complete needed work. I received a call one week later that work was complete and the watch available for pickup. I have included a picture as it did not look this good when I took it in! I have had it back for a week and it is keeping perfect time and it looks like when I bought this in 1978. Downside ...... The watch was described as a \Vintage Rolex\. I think this says more about me than the watch. I no longer keep perfect time nor do I look the same as 42 years ago. I am pleased to have the watch back and performing as it has over many years. Thank you
