Frank from Ideal floors was freaking awesome. We live 2.5 hours away and this store was the only place we could find a replacement to match our current damaged floor . This guy was so helpful and gave us a great deal. I was so happy I tried to give the guy a tip and he absolutely refused it. Awesome customer service. I accidentally left this under the Duncanville location reviews and I hope I’m getting the correct location now. This guy was awesome and totally is deserving of a great review.

I saved 1200 on the LVT flooring I purchased through iDeal Floors!! Our local big box store had the same flooring but I didn’t want to pay their price so I did a quick google search and found the exact flooring at iDeal Floors way cheaper. The customer service was top notch and I will definitely buy from them again. Very fast, easy process.
