Great customer service!
This cleaners does a fantastic job! I started going here a few weeks ago, and so far I love the service that they provide! It's under new management, and I had a chance to meet the owner who is really nice. I really like the quality of their cleaning, and they were able to repair my leather shoes. Also, I am always in a rush, so they gave me a drop off bag for free which I slip in there drop box. And they have a drive thru! Very convenient. I highly recommend them because they are my new go to cleaners!
For nearly a decade I had been using this service, I am a very busy person, so I just drop my clothes and move on. However, for the last 2-3 months, I had the issue of having to ask for a receipt for the clothes I drop only to get a bad attitude from the clerk at this location. I finally had some mental time to really be aware of the awful attitude of this clerk, and their, now, customary practice of not providing a receipt with the number of pieces I am dropping. I had enough of this, I will not go back to this place, nor do I recommend it.
Great customer service, always on time service and very friendly and professional! I will recommend this cleaner to my friends.
