Friendly and trustworthy! After searching at the main Jewelry outlet stores such as Zales, Kay, Helzberg along with a few others. I found King Arthur's, which has a kind staff and a very nice classic sets of earrings and rings that the main name stores simply could not compete with when it comes to classic styles! The other stores I went to all had very little to say when trying to help me locate the style earrings I was looking for. However the owner and staff at King Arthurs were fantastic and used no flashy sales tricks, shared knowledge about the set i was buying and a full discussion over the the materials and stones in the earrings and even worked out a fantastic holiday deal! Definitely will be back to visit again!

First reason why I’m giving one star: they park their company truck in the first available spot in front of the store. This is just inconsiderate, also illegal in the city of Plano if I recall. Then they did not use or require masks, the 2 people in the store talked to each other and would not converse with me. They were busy talking politics. Then top it off with a 20 dollar fee for changing a watch battery, and 20 to remove a few links in a watch band. I got what I came for because I’m wearing my watch, but won’t be back for another visit.

Super nice helpful staff. They go out of their way to deliver the best possible customer experience. Much appreciated in today’s world. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed. Selection of high end watches and also old collectible grandfather clocks is very impressive. Owner has been in business for 50 years. He knows his craft. Once you go once, I’m sure you will become a lifetime customer.
