We have been with the Magnum Choice Team more than five years. We are very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism, especially Ms Alice and Mr. Jayson. Last month we experienced the issue of the hot water pipeline broken under the kitchen. Fortunately the insurance company which they recommended took care of everything and we were very satisfied with the result. We have added/removed a teen in the policy and/or renewed house & auto insurance policy, they are always very patient and provided helpful information for us as usual. We've greatly appreciated their advice and service.

I bought an insurance policy for my business and when I did not renew Anna Gallicchio would not get loss runs for me. By law in Texas the agent or agency is required to supply loss runs for any policy when requested. I called multiple times to request them over the past 6 months and still have received nothing also worst service I have ever had, every time I asked for a certificate of Insurance for my jobs they would never send them to my clients. Think twice about getting insurance from these guys, there are plenty of other choices out there.
